About Me

Independent.
Purposeful.
Rigorous.

I work with organisations that believe social innovation is too important to be done poorly and too complex to be done alone.

Where I come from

I founded Weinberger Consulting to bridge the gap between traditional business strategy and human-centered growth. My journey began in international tourism, a field that allowed me to connect with different cultures worldwide and understand how various societies adapt to change. Moving into advanced management studies in Germany, I centered my focus on a critical, yet frequently overlooked driver of modern progress: social innovation.

In today’s increasingly dynamic markets, I noticed a widespread gap. True innovation is often mistakenly confined to technology, products, or internal processes. Social innovation-the framework that empowers people and communities to drive sustainable growth-is completely left out of the conversation. I built this practice to change that. By combining creative diagnostics, modern organizational techniques, and the structured frameworks of general management, I help activate the latent innovation within your workforce to build lasting, human-centered solutions.

"Social innovation is not a sector - it is a way of working. One that demands honesty, systems thinking, and a genuine commitment to those whose lives are affected."

Operating fully digitally, I seamlessly integrate with international teams to deliver precise, localized diagnostics without borders. Today, I partner with small, medium, and large enterprises through specialized diagnostics and collaborative workshops. My role is to guide and provide the framework, knowing that true, impactful change ultimately comes from within the business itself.

How I work

Every engagement begins with an objective look at your internal ecosystem. After an initial consultation, I launch a comprehensive digital diagnostic survey containing over 60 performance indicators, completed by your workforce or specific departments in under 15 minutes. Whenever possible locally, I complement this data with an on-site evaluation, as physical architecture and workspace design play a critical role in how innovation is experienced. Within a week, this structured data is translated into an actionable evaluation report and strategic presentation.

I operate in a moderational and advisory role because true change must come from within. I present the diagnostic data alongside targeted solutions and tailored workshop recommendations, but your team holds the ultimate expertise on what is executable. This collaborative handoff ensures that the final strategies for maximizing the workplace experience for your internal clients-your workers-are actively shaped by the people who know the company best.

And I insist on measurement. Not as a bureaucratic exercise, but as a genuine learning tool. If we cannot articulate what change looks like and track whether it is happening, we are not doing social innovation - we are doing social intention.

Why I work independently

Independence matters in this work. When I give advice, it is grounded in what I believe is right for your mission - not shaped by a firm's methodology, a partner's sales targets, or a proprietary platform I have a stake in promoting.

It also means I can be selective. I choose to work with organisations whose purpose I genuinely believe in, which means every engagement receives my full attention and honest perspective - including when that perspective is uncomfortable.

Small is intentional. I am not trying to scale this practice into a large firm. I am trying to do excellent, meaningful work with a select group of clients - and to be the kind of partner that organisations return to because the relationship itself creates value.

What I Stand For

My values in practice

Honesty over comfort

I share findings and perspectives even when they are inconvenient - because lasting change requires accurate diagnosis, not reassuring reports.

Depth over breadth

I work with few clients at a time so that each receives the full quality of attention that complex social challenges deserve.

Evidence over assumption

Every recommendation I make is grounded in data, stakeholder input, and tested frameworks - not intuition dressed up as expertise.

Systems over symptoms

I am interested in root causes. The most impactful interventions are rarely the most obvious ones - finding them requires patience and systemic thinking.
